TGIM! Thank God It's Monday!!!

Life is way too short to sit around pondering over what "coulda, woulda, shoulda" happened. And I surely don't have the patience to wait in doubt, worrying about "what if." Project 10 Challenge Relaunch!

Hey everyone! Been a long time since I've posted, but I've been doing great! Working on a total body transformation this year - mind, body, and lifestyle!  I'm too excited! I'm currently at a weight I haven't seen since 2011 - and I look and feel better now than I did back then! My girl Leslie challenged me to lose 10 lbs on the Project 10 Challenge. I lost 28! AND I'm not done yet! Now I'm challenging YOU to gain 10 lbs of lean muscle OR lose 10 lbs of fat with me this summer. Let's go!
